We do not charge you to attend Initial Training, but you are responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and your employees' wages to attend Initial Training.

We require that you or, in the case of an entity, your principals, attend Initial Training. You may enroll your management personnel upon our approval. Your successful completion of Initial Training to our satisfaction is required to operate a Franchised Business. We advise you during or immediately after Initial Training if you have successfully completed the course.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee or, in the case of a business entity, its principals, are required to attend the Initial Training program. Ledgers may also allow the franchisee to enroll management personnel in the training program, subject to Ledgers' approval.

The successful completion of the Initial Training program to Ledgers' satisfaction is a prerequisite for operating a Ledgers Franchised Business. Ledgers will inform the franchisee if they have successfully completed the course during or immediately after the training.

Ledgers does not charge tuition for the Initial Training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and wages for their employees attending the training. Ledgers holds Initial Training classes monthly. The instructional material includes the Manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice and forms.
