What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests on-site training, Ledgers charges $500 per half day per person. In addition to this fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses of the Ledgers trainer.
This on-site training fee is separate from the initial training that Ledgers provides. The initial training covers operations and client acquisition. While Ledgers does not charge a fee for the initial training itself, franchisees are responsible for their own travel, transportation, lodging, and meal costs associated with attending the initial training.
It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these additional training costs, especially if they prefer on-site training or need additional support beyond the initial training program. Understanding these costs will help in accurately assessing the overall investment required to start and operate a Ledgers franchise.
