What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, guest instructors who assist with the initial training program must have at least one year of experience in the subject they are teaching. Tyler Wynn and Heather Williams are the primary instructors for the initial training program.

This requirement ensures that guest instructors have a baseline level of expertise in the specific area they are instructing. This helps maintain the quality and credibility of the training program.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific qualifications and backgrounds of all instructors, including guest instructors, to fully understand the expertise available during the initial training. Understanding the experience levels of those providing the training can help a franchisee assess the value and comprehensiveness of the program.
