3.3. Training
A. Initial Training.
We will provide you a minimum of three (3) days of Initial Training. The Initial Training course will provide you with training on operations and client acquisition. We presently offer this training live in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, but may offer it in other locations, or via interactive video conference or webinar, at our choosing. Successful completion of the Initial Training is mandatory prior to opening your Franchised Business.
B. Advanced Training.
We may provide you advance training on various topics. We presently offer this training live in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, but may offer it in other locations, or via interactive video conference or webinar. Attendance at advanced training is required.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees receive a minimum of three days of initial training. This training covers both operational aspects and client acquisition strategies. Ledgers currently offers this training live in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, but retains the option to conduct it in other locations or through interactive video conferencing or webinars.
Successful completion of this initial training is a mandatory prerequisite before a franchisee can open their Ledgers franchise. This requirement ensures that all franchisees have a foundational understanding of the Ledgers business model and service standards before they begin operations.
In addition to the initial training, Ledgers may also provide advanced training on various topics. While attendance at advanced training is required, the FDD does not specify the duration or frequency of these sessions.
