According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit H contains two copies of the Receipt of Disclosure Document. As a prospective franchisee, you are required to sign and date one copy of the receipt page and deliver it to Ledgers for their records. This receipt serves as confirmation that you received the FDD, which contains important information about the Ledgers franchise opportunity.

Ledgers must provide the Disclosure Document to you 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or make a payment to Ledgers or an affiliate in connection with the proposed franchise sale. However, Iowa requires that Ledgers give you the Disclosure Document at the earlier of the first personal meeting or 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or make a payment. Michigan requires that Ledgers give you the Disclosure Document at least 10 business days before the execution of any binding franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration, whichever occurs first. New York requires that Ledgers give you this Disclosure Document at the earlier of the first personal meeting or 10 business days before the execution of the franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration that relates to the franchise relationship.

If Ledgers does not deliver the Disclosure Document on time, or if it contains a false or misleading statement, or a material omission, a violation of federal and state law may have occurred. This should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC, and the appropriate state agency listed on Exhibit D. The franchisor, Loyalty Business Services LLC, is located in Virginia Beach, VA.
