If Ledgers modifies the Manual, is a franchisee obligated to accept and implement those changes?

According to Ledgers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to accept and implement changes made to the Manual. Ledgers may modify the Manual to adjust for competitive changes, technological advancements, legal requirements, continuous improvements, or services offered.
