Can guest instructors assist with the initial training for Ledgers franchisees?

The following Instructors teach our initial training program: Tyler Wynn and Heather Williams. Guest Instructors may also assist with Initial Training, with at least one (1) year's experience in the subject taught. We set forth the length of the Instructors' experience in the industry and with the franchisor below:

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Ledgers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, guest instructors may assist with the initial training program. The initial training program is taught by Tyler Wynn and Heather Williams. Guest instructors may also assist if they have at least one year of experience in the subject they are teaching.

Ledgers holds initial training in Virginia Beach, Virginia, another designated training center, or online, at their choosing. The initial training classes are held monthly. The instructional material includes the Manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice and forms.

Ledgers does not charge franchisees to attend initial training, but the franchisee is responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and their employees' wages to attend Initial Training. Ledgers requires that the franchisee or, in the case of an entity, its principals, attend Initial Training. Franchisees may enroll their management personnel upon Ledgers's approval. Successful completion of Initial Training to Ledgers's satisfaction is required to operate a Franchised Business.
