Ledgers retains control over the digital marketing aspects of the franchise, including websites. Ledgers may create, operate, and promote websites, social media accounts, applications, and digital advertising to promote the brand, Franchised Business, marks, and franchise opportunities.

If a Ledgers franchisee wishes to use their own advertising materials, they must submit them to Ledgers for approval. The materials must conform to the operations manual, adhere to all applicable laws, and receive written approval from Ledgers. If written approval is not received within 14 days of the request, the materials are considered disapproved. This ensures that all advertising and online presence aligns with Ledgers's brand standards and legal requirements.
