We currently do not receive payments from suppliers as a result of purchases by our franchisees; however, we may do so in the future.
We do not currently, but reserve the right in the future to, receive payments from approved suppliers with respect to your purchases. Furthermore, we may utilize any such funds received by us in our sole judgment.
In our last fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, neither we nor our affiliates earned revenue or other material consideration from required purchases or leases by franchisees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Ledgers does not currently receive payments from suppliers based on franchisee purchases. However, Ledgers retains the right to do so in the future. Ledgers also reserves the right to utilize any such funds received in its sole judgment.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that while supplier payments do not currently impact the cost of goods or services, this could change. Ledgers franchisees should be aware that Ledgers could begin receiving payments from suppliers, which might influence the choice of approved vendors or the pricing of required products.
Ledgers also states that neither they nor their affiliates earned revenue or other material consideration from required purchases or leases by franchisees in the last fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. This provides some assurance that, at least recently, Ledgers has not profited directly from franchisee purchases. However, the FDD makes it clear that this could change in the future, and Ledgers has the sole discretion on how to use such funds.
