What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Ledgers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to subscribe to certain software. The approximate monthly cost for Dext software is $30. Dext provides receipt capture and recognition, and it integrates with Intuit.
It is important to note that software license types and service providers are subject to change at any time. While Ledgers may try to negotiate pricing with third-party providers for the benefit of franchisees, neither Ledgers nor its affiliates are obligated to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates.
