All payments to Franchisor and dollar amounts stated in this Agreement are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise expressed. Franchisor will not require Franchisee to deposit all Franchisee's revenue into an account that Franchisor controls, or from which withdrawals may be made only with Franchisor's consent, except to secure a loan or financing arrangement by Franchisor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Franchise Fee is considered fully earned upon the signing of the Franchise Agreement. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The amount of the Initial Franchise Fee varies depending on the type of franchise. For a Micro Franchise, the fee is $30,000, while for a Standard Franchise, it is $45,000.
This means that once a prospective Learningrx franchisee signs the agreement, Learningrx has earned the fee and is under no obligation to return it, regardless of whether the franchisee ever opens a center or successfully operates the franchise.
