According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx will disclose parts of its Confidential Information and Trade Secrets to a franchisee when it deems it necessary or advisable for the development of the franchisee's Learningrx Center. Franchisees may also gain access to additional Confidential Information and Trade Secrets throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.
