What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will be charged an Additional Assistance fee only if they require assistance at their location beyond the initial training period. The Initial Training and Materials Fee covers two to three days of on-site assistance for general operational issues, depending on whether it is a Micro or Standard Franchise, as well as an advanced consultation training onsite/grand opening visit. Ongoing assistance is also included via telephone.

The fee for this additional assistance is $500 per day, with a minimum charge for two days, plus reimbursement for Learningrx's travel and living expenses. It's important to note that Learningrx has the discretion to increase or decrease these fees at any time.

Prospective Learningrx franchisees should consider that while initial support is provided, any extended on-site help will incur significant costs. This could be a substantial expense if the franchisee encounters operational challenges or requires extra guidance beyond what is initially provided. It is advisable to clarify the scope of initial training and support, and to understand the potential circumstances that might necessitate additional on-site assistance, to better budget for such contingencies.
