Initial training will also include two (2) to four (4) days of staff training and assistance at the Premises (varies based on the size of the franchise) following Franchisee's and a designated manager's completion of the classroom/virtual portion of the initial training program.

Conferences will be held at Franchisor's corporate headquarters or at an alternate location chosen by Franchisor.

Franchisee must meet the minimal performance standards, and obtain and maintain certain certifications, as more fully set forth in the Operations Manual.

Franchisor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to require Franchisee and its employees to attend additional training if Franchisee fails to maintain the minimal performance standards or obtain and maintain the certifications required in the Operations Manual.

Specifically, Franchisor will require Franchisee to participate in sales training if Franchisee's assessment to student rates falls below forty percent (40%).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and a center director (if the franchisee is not in-center at least 75% of the time) must complete the initial training program before opening a center. This program lasts approximately 40 hours over about five days, covering the Learningrx system, techniques, operational methods, hiring, customer service, ordering, sales, accounting, and quality standards. The initial training also includes two to four days of staff training and assistance at the franchise location after the franchisee and a designated manager complete the classroom/virtual portion of the initial training.

Learningrx franchisees are responsible for covering the personal travel, accommodation, and other costs for their employees attending training. Furthermore, franchisees must have at least one person from each center attend annual conferences to discuss industry changes, sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control, performance standards, and advertising programs. Franchisees must pay a conference fee per person and cover all travel and living expenses for themselves and their employees attending the conference.

Learningrx also reserves the right to require franchisees and their employees to attend additional training if the franchisee fails to maintain minimal performance standards or obtain required certifications as detailed in the Operations Manual. Specifically, Learningrx will require franchisees to participate in sales training if their assessment to student rates falls below 40%. This rate is determined by the percentage of potential students assessed at the franchisee's center who actually become students.
