What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a Technology Fee. This fee ranges from $1,800 to $2,400 per year, with the specific amount depending on the size of the franchisee's territory. A quarter of the annual fee is due on the first day of each quarter for the prior quarter.

Learningrx reserves the right to adjust the Technology Fee at its discretion, but it must provide reasonable notice to the franchisee before making any changes. Additionally, franchisees must use online contact management and accounting software as required by Learningrx in the Operations Manual and comply with any separate software licenses related to these services.

This fee covers the costs associated with the technology infrastructure and support that Learningrx provides to its franchisees. It is common in franchising for franchisors to charge technology fees to help maintain and upgrade the systems used across the franchise network. Prospective franchisees should factor this ongoing cost into their financial projections and understand that the fee may be subject to change with reasonable notice from Learningrx.
