To whom can a Spousal Affiliate disclose Learningrx Trade Secrets, and under what limitations?

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, a Spousal Affiliate can disclose trade secrets only to other employees of the franchisee. This disclosure is explicitly limited to the extent necessary to train or assist these employees in the development or operation of a Learningrx business.

This restriction ensures that confidential information remains within the Learningrx franchise network and is used solely for the benefit of the Learningrx business. The Spousal Affiliate must also agree to protect Learningrx's trade secrets and the Learningrx system against unfair competition. This includes not disclosing or permitting the disclosure of trade secrets, except to other employees of the franchisee for training or assistance purposes.
