What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to display specific signage and décor at their Learningrx center. This includes signage bearing the Learningrx marks to identify the premises as a Learningrx center. Additionally, franchisees must display signage indicating that the business is independently owned and operated as a franchised business.

Learningrx has the right to approve all signage and décor at the center, ensuring it aligns with the brand's standards. Furthermore, Learningrx can modify these standards periodically, and franchisees must ensure their signage and décor remain current with these changes. This ensures uniformity and consistency across all Learningrx locations, maintaining brand recognition and customer experience.

These requirements are typical in franchising, as they protect the brand's image and ensure customers recognize and trust the Learningrx brand. Franchisees must obtain prior written approval from Learningrx for any use of printed, audio, visual, internet, electronic media, or multimedia material bearing any of the marks, unless the materials are supplied by Learningrx. This control helps maintain brand consistency in all advertising and promotional materials.
