What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard royalty fee is due on the first day of each quarter for the prior quarter.

In practical terms, this means that Learningrx franchisees calculate their gross revenue for the previous three months (one quarter) and then pay the royalty fee on the first day of the next quarter. For example, revenue from January, February, and March would have royalty payments due on April 1st. This quarterly payment schedule may help franchisees manage their cash flow compared to more frequent (e.g., monthly) royalty payments, which are common in many franchise systems.

Additionally, Learningrx franchisees may be subject to an Interim Period Fee. During the first six months of an Interim Period, franchisees must pay Learningrx $250.00 per month, due on the tenth day of each month. After the first six months, this fee increases to $500.00 per month, also due on the tenth day of each month.
