5.10 Interim Period Fee. Franchisee must pay Franchisor a fee of Two hundred fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month ("Interim Period Fee") during the first six (6) months of an Interim Period. The Interim Period Fee will be due to Franchisor on the tenth (10th) day of each month during the Interim Period.
