What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, LearningRx, Inc., the parent company of LearningRx Franchise Corporation, offers a license to operate an educational training program called PACE ("PACE Program"). PACE licensees are granted the right to offer the PACE Program in a designated zip code that may be located in a Learningrx franchisee's territory. LearningRx, Inc. also offers a limited license to operate an educational training program to professionals that is similar to the Learningrx system, called the "Clinical Program."
This means that while a Learningrx franchisee operates within a defined territory, LearningRx, Inc. can grant other licenses (PACE and Clinical) within that same territory. These licensees can offer similar educational training programs. The PACE program is offered in a designated zip code, while the Clinical Program is offered to professionals under a limited license, also within a designated zip code.
For a prospective Learningrx franchisee, this indicates potential competition within their territory from programs licensed directly by LearningRx, Inc. It is important to understand the extent of these potential overlaps and how they might affect the franchisee's business. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the number and type of PACE and Clinical licensees operating or planned for their territory to assess the potential impact on their customer base and revenue.
