What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx retains the right to approve any linking or other use of its website. This means that as a franchisee, you cannot independently control or modify how your site interacts with the main Learningrx website.
Learningrx also retains the sole right to market on the Internet and use the Marks on the Internet, including all use of websites, social networking sites, domain names, URLs, directory addresses, metatags, linking, advertising, and co-branding and other arrangements. As a franchisee, you cannot independently market on the Internet, or use any domain name, social networking site, address, locator, link, metatag, or search technique, with words or symbols similar to the Marks or otherwise establish any presence on the Internet without Learningrx's prior written approval. Learningrx intends that any franchisee website be accessed only through Learningrx's home page.
Furthermore, franchisees must provide Learningrx with content for Learningrx's Internet marketing and sign Internet and intranet usage agreements, if any. This indicates that Learningrx maintains tight control over its online presence and marketing strategies, requiring franchisees to align with its established protocols and contribute to its online content. This level of control is common in franchising to maintain brand consistency and manage online reputation effectively.
