Franchisor retains the sole right to use the Marks and market on the Internet, including all use of Websites, domain names, URL's, linking, advertising, and co-branding arrangements.
Franchisee may not establish a presence on the Internet except as we may specify, and only
with our prior written consent. Franchisee will provide Franchisor with content for Franchisor's Internet marketing, and Franchisee must sign the Internet and intranet usage agreements when developed by Franchisor. Franchisor retains the right to approve any linking to or other use of LearningRx's Website.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx retains the sole right to use the Learningrx Marks and market on the Internet. This includes all use of websites, domain names, URLs, linking, advertising, and co-branding arrangements.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that Learningrx controls the online presence and marketing using its trademarks. Franchisees are not allowed to independently market on the Internet or use any domain names, social networking sites, addresses, links, metatags, or search techniques that are similar to the Learningrx Marks without prior written approval from Learningrx.
Learningrx intends that any franchisee website be accessed only through Learningrx's homepage. Franchisees are expected to provide Learningrx with content for Learningrx's Internet marketing and sign Internet and intranet usage agreements, if any. Learningrx also retains the right to approve any linking or other use of its website.
This restriction ensures brand consistency and control over online marketing efforts, but it also limits the franchisee's ability to independently promote their Learningrx center online. A prospective franchisee should discuss with Learningrx what support and resources are available for online marketing and how they can contribute to the overall online strategy.
