What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of construction or remodeling needed for their Learningrx center. While Learningrx will provide assistance in the development and planning of any construction or remodeling, including sign specifications, colors, center layout, and design, the franchisee must pay for these construction or remodeling costs, as well as all other costs associated with compliance and permits.

This means that prospective Learningrx franchisees need to factor in these potentially significant expenses when budgeting for their initial investment. It is important to secure sufficient capital to cover not only the franchise fee and initial setup costs but also any necessary construction or remodeling work to meet Learningrx's standards and specifications.

Franchisees should carefully review the site requirements and plan for potential construction or remodeling expenses. Getting multiple quotes from contractors and understanding local permit requirements can help in accurately estimating these costs. While Learningrx offers advice and plan approval, the financial burden rests solely on the franchisee.
