Any relocation will be subject to the site selection and lease provisions contained in the Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual. Franchisee will not be required to pay Franchisor a relocation fee ("Relocation Fee") for the first request to relocate its Center within the Initial Term of the Franchise Agreement or any Successor Term. What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the expenses associated with relocating their center. Specifically, any relocation of the Learningrx center will be at the franchisee's sole expense.
Learningrx's approval for relocation will consider factors such as population density, income levels, general location guidelines, proximity to other Learningrx centers, and the time required for the relocation.
Additionally, the franchisee may be required to pay a relocation fee to Learningrx. The relocation fee is $250 for the second relocation request and $500 for the third relocation request within the initial or any successor term of the Franchise Agreement.
