- 8.11 Central Purchasing. Franchisor reserves the right to implement a centralized purchasing system for franchisees and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and to receive rebates from such purchases by Franchisees, provided, however, that the prices for such products, equipment, services, supplies, and materials required for the operation of the Business are offered at commercially reasonable prices to Franchisee. Franchisor may utilize such rebated funds in any manner it chooses in Franchisor's sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx does reserve the right to implement a centralized purchasing system for its franchisees. This means Learningrx can establish a system where franchisees are required to purchase products, equipment, services, supplies, and materials from specific suppliers that Learningrx has approved.
Learningrx also reserves the right to negotiate prices and terms with these suppliers. Furthermore, Learningrx may receive rebates from franchisee purchases made through this centralized system. However, the prices offered to franchisees through this system must be commercially reasonable.
