Franchisor will provide the initial training program at its corporate headquarters, or at another location designated by Franchisor, to Franchisee, a designated Manager and up to two (2) additional employees.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, Franchisor reserves the right to provide any portion of (or the entirety of) the initial training program virtually.

Franchisee and a center director (if the franchisee is not in-center at least 75% time) must complete Franchisor's initial training program before a center opens.

The training program lasts for approximately forty (40) hours over a period of approximately five (5) days and consists of a discussion of the System, techniques, procedures, and methods of operation, hiring employees, customer service, ordering, sales, procedures, accounting, support procedures and instructions on quality standards and practical experience in the operation of the Center.

Initial training will also include two (2) to four (4) days of staff training and assistance at the Premises (varies based on the size of the franchise) following Franchisee's and a designated manager's completion of the classroom/virtual portion of the initial training program.

Franchisee is responsible for personal travel, accommodation, and other costs of its employees while attending training.
