What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee and a center director are required to complete the initial training program before the center opens. However, if the franchisee plans to be in the center at least 75% of the time, a center director is not required to complete the initial training program.
The initial training program lasts approximately 40 hours over about five days. It covers various aspects of the Learningrx system, including techniques, procedures, operational methods, hiring, customer service, ordering, sales, accounting, support, quality standards, and practical experience.
Following the classroom or virtual portion of the initial training, Learningrx also provides two to four days of staff training and assistance at the franchisee's location. The duration of this on-site training varies based on the size of the franchise. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of travel, accommodation, and other expenses for their employees attending the training.
