What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee will not be charged a relocation fee for the first request to relocate their center during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement or any Successor Term. However, any relocation is subject to Learningrx's approval and must comply with the site selection and lease provisions outlined in the Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual.
A Learningrx franchisee will be required to pay a Relocation Fee of $250 if they request to relocate their center a second time within the Initial Term of the Franchise Agreement or any Successor Term. The relocation fee increases to $500 for a third relocation request within the same term.
It's important to note that any relocation of the Learningrx center will be at the franchisee's sole expense. Learningrx's approval for relocation will be based on factors such as population density, income levels, general location guidelines, proximity to other Learningrx centers, and the time it will take to relocate the center.
