The FDD states that franchisees must maintain strict compliance with the minimal standards set forth in the Operations Manual, including completing a background check for each of its employees.

This requirement ensures that Learningrx franchisees hire qualified and trustworthy individuals to work with their clients. The Operations Manual will provide further details on the specific requirements for these background checks.
