Does Learningrx provide initial and continuing services as it deems necessary?

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx will provide initial and ongoing training and assistance as it deems reasonably appropriate before the Learningrx center opens. The initial training program will be provided at Learningrx's corporate headquarters or another designated location to the franchisee, a designated manager, and up to two additional employees. Learningrx reserves the right to provide any portion or the entirety of the initial training program virtually.

Before a center opens, the franchisee and a center director (if the franchisee is not in-center at least 75% of the time) must complete Learningrx's initial training program. This ensures that all franchisees and their key personnel are adequately prepared to operate a Learningrx center according to the brand's standards and methods.

In addition to initial training, Learningrx also offers continuing services to franchisees. These services include site selection assistance, where Learningrx provides advice and assistance in selecting a location and analyzing its suitability. Learningrx will analyze the location by considering factors such as population density, traffic patterns, and proximity to other Learningrx centers. However, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for locating a site and negotiating the lease. This ongoing support helps franchisees make informed decisions about their center's location and operations.
