Provide advertising, promotional materials, and services to you.

Materials provided may include video and audiotapes, copy-ready print advertising materials, posters, banners and miscellaneous items.

You will receive one sample of each at no charge.

If you want additional copies you must pay duplication costs.

We may use both outside advertising and marketing agencies and internal staff to create advertising.

You may develop advertising materials for your own use, at your own cost.

We must approve the advertising materials in advance and in writing within 15 days from receipt.

We reserve the right to utilize advertising developed by you for the use of all Franchisees without any payment or other compensation to you. (See Section 9.03 of the Franchise Agreement).

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company provides franchisees with a free sample of each advertising material. These materials may include video and audiotapes, copy-ready print advertising materials, posters, banners, and miscellaneous items. If a franchisee requires additional copies, they must cover the duplication costs.

Learningrx may utilize both outside advertising and marketing agencies, as well as internal staff, to develop advertising materials. Franchisees also have the option to create their own advertising materials at their own expense, but these materials must receive prior written approval from Learningrx within 15 days of submission. Learningrx reserves the right to use advertising developed by franchisees for the benefit of all franchisees without providing any payment or compensation.

In addition to the provided advertising materials, Learningrx requires franchisees to engage in local advertising. Franchisees must spend the greater of $2,000 for Micro Franchise and $3,000 for Standard Franchise or 5% of Gross Revenues per month on local advertising and promotion in their Territory. This entire amount must be paid to independent third parties. Failure to meet this local advertising requirement may result in a reduction or elimination of the franchisee's territory or termination of the Franchise Agreement, at Learningrx's discretion. Franchisees are also required to spend up to $3,000.00 per year for Boost marketing activities, which are initiated by and paid to Learningrx. Furthermore, new and transferred centers must allocate between $15,000.00 and $30,000.00 for an initial marketing campaign.
