What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a PACE licensee of LearningRx, Inc., Learningrx's parent company, can operate within the same territory as a Learningrx franchisee. LearningRx, Inc. offers a license to operate an educational training program called PACE, which is different from the Learningrx System. PACE licensees are granted the right to offer the PACE Program in a designated zip code that may be located within a Learningrx franchisee's territory.
This means that a Learningrx franchisee may face competition from a PACE licensee operating in the same zip code within their designated territory. While the PACE program differs from the Learningrx System, they both offer educational training, potentially leading to overlap in target customers. This could impact the franchisee's ability to attract and retain clients in that specific area.
Furthermore, LearningRx, Inc. also offers a limited license to operate an educational training program to professionals that is similar to the Learningrx System, called the Clinical Program. Clinical licensees also operate in a designated zip code that may be in a Learningrx franchisee's territory. This adds another layer of potential competition within the franchisee's territory, as the Clinical Program is similar to the services offered by Learningrx. A prospective franchisee should consider the potential impact of these overlapping territories and the competition from both PACE and Clinical licensees when evaluating the Learningrx franchise opportunity.
