Who owns the copyrights to the Copyrighted Works used in connection with the operation of a Learningrx Center?

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx retains sole ownership of the copyrights to the "Copyrighted Works" used in the operation of a Learningrx Center.
