We have been offering LearningRx Center franchises since February 2003. We have never offered franchises in any other line of business.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to LearningRx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Oikonomos Enterprises, LLC, an affiliate of LearningRx, has not sold franchises in any line of business. LearningRx Franchise Corporation, the franchisor, has been offering LearningRx Center franchises since February 2003 and has not offered franchises in any other line of business.
LearningRx, Inc., another affiliate, offers licenses to operate educational training programs called PACE and Clinical Program, which differ from the LearningRx System. PACE licensees are granted the right to offer the PACE Program in a designated zip code that may be located in a franchisee's territory. Clinical licensees only offer the Clinical Program in a designated zip code, which may also be in a franchisee's territory.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that while Oikonomos Enterprises, LLC has not sold franchises, LearningRx, Inc. does offer licenses for similar educational programs. Franchisees should clarify the distinctions between these programs and the LearningRx franchise offering to understand any potential overlap or competition within their designated territory.
