What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive a minimum of 5 hours of classroom training in Sales/Consultations. This training will take place in Colorado Springs, Colorado. There is no on-the-job training listed for Sales/Consultations.
This initial training is mandatory for franchisees and their designated managers and must be completed to Learningrx's satisfaction within 10 to 12 weeks of signing the Franchise Agreement. The cost of this training is covered by the Initial Training and Materials Fee for up to four persons; however, franchisees are responsible for travel and living expenses during training.
In addition to the initial training, Learningrx also provides ongoing sales training for Centers that have consultation closure rates below 40%. This additional training is mandatory until the Center's consultation closure rate reaches at least 40%, or for a minimum of three months, and requires participation in no less than four training sessions. The cost for this ongoing training is $75 per 60-minute session.
