What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive a minimum of 7 hours of classroom training in ReadRx, ComprehendRx, and MathRx Procedures. This training is conducted either in Colorado Springs, Colorado, or online via LearningRx University.
This initial training is mandatory for both the franchisee and their designated manager, and must be completed to Learningrx's satisfaction within 10 to 12 weeks of signing the Franchise Agreement. Successful completion of this training is a prerequisite for opening a Learningrx franchise location.
While the initial training covers the core procedures, Learningrx also offers ongoing support and may hold periodic regional or national conferences to discuss industry changes, operational techniques, and new service procedures. Franchisees are required to have at least one person from each center attend the mandatory portion of these conferences, incurring conference fees and travel expenses.
