What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must allow the franchisor or their representatives to enter the premises for inspection during normal business hours. The FDD specifies that the minimum hours for these inspections are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. This means a Learningrx franchisee must permit entry and inspection for at least eight hours each day.

This requirement allows Learningrx to ensure that franchisees are operating according to the standards and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and the franchise agreement. The franchisor has the right to observe the franchisee and their employees, confer with employees and customers, and generally review business operations for compliance.

Furthermore, Learningrx has the right to confiscate any materials or equipment that they deem illegal or in violation of the franchise agreement, without any liability to the franchisee. This underscores the importance of adhering to the franchisor's standards and maintaining compliant operations to avoid potential conflicts or penalties.
