According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's assessment to student rate falls below forty percent, Learningrx will require the franchisee to participate in sales training. The assessment to student rate is based on the percentage of potential students assessed at the franchisee's center who actually become students at that center.
The required sales training consists of a minimum of four 90-minute sessions, conducted over a minimum of three months. This training continues until the franchisee's assessment to student rate reaches at least forty percent. This requirement also applies to new directors resulting from the transfer of a Learningrx center.
Each 60-minute session of sales training costs the franchisee $75. Therefore, the franchisee should budget for these additional training costs if their center's performance lags. Maintaining a satisfactory assessment-to-student rate is crucial for avoiding mandatory sales training and its associated expenses.
