According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, sales training is mandatory for centers that have a consultation closure rate below 40%. These Learningrx centers must participate in sales training until their consultation closure rate reaches at least 40%, or for a minimum of three months. During this time, they must participate in no less than four training sessions.
Directors operating within the first year of the franchise agreement also receive sales training at no additional cost. Similarly, new directors due to the transfer of a Learningrx Center must participate in sales training for a minimum of four 60-minute sessions over a minimum of three months. This training continues until the new director's assessment to student rate reaches at least 40%.
Franchisees should note that each 60-minute training session for centers below the 40% closure rate incurs a cost of $75. This mandatory sales training aims to improve the center's performance and ensure consistent service quality across all Learningrx franchises.
