What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Micro Franchisees are required to spend a minimum of $2,000 per month on local advertising and promotion, or 5% of gross revenues, whichever is greater. This entire amount must be paid to independent third parties.
This advertising requirement is a significant expense that prospective Learningrx franchisees need to consider. It is important to note that failure to meet this minimum spending requirement may result in the reduction or elimination of the franchisee's territory or even termination of the Franchise Agreement, at Learningrx's sole discretion.
In addition to the local advertising requirement, Learningrx franchisees are also required to spend up to $3,000 annually on Boost marketing activities, and new centers must pay for an Initial Marketing Campaign costing between $15,000 and $30,000. These additional costs further increase the financial burden on franchisees and should be carefully evaluated before investing in a Learningrx franchise.
