- Regional Advertising Cooperative. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to contribute to a regional advertising cooperative. During the first six months of operation, Learningrx franchisees may be required to spend the greater of 3% of gross revenues or two-thirds of the lowest amount paid by another center in the cooperative.
However, the amount Learningrx franchisees are required to spend is capped by the Maximum Cooperative Advertising Requirement. The FDD states that the Maximum Cooperative Advertising Requirement is $3,000 per month.
After the first six months of operation, Learningrx franchisees may be required to spend up to 3% of their gross revenues toward cooperative advertising each month, but this amount cannot exceed the Maximum Cooperative Advertising Requirement of $3,000 per month. These cooperative advertising fees count toward the local advertising minimums that Learningrx franchisees are required to spend.
