Specifically, the MDF is used to invest in efforts such as publishing research studies, hosting services, social media management, reputation management, and national SEO efforts for the various web properties associated with Learningrx.
Franchisees are required to contribute to the MDF, paying either 3% of gross revenues per month or a minimum payment. The minimum payment is $200 for Micro Franchises and $300 for Standard Franchises, up to a maximum of $15,000 per calendar year per center. These payments are due at the same time and in the same manner as the royalty fee.
