What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, certain centers are required to participate in mandatory sales training. Specifically, Learningrx Centers that have a consultation closure rate below 40% must undergo this training.
The duration of the mandatory sales training for these Learningrx Centers continues until they achieve a consultation closure rate of at least 40%. However, there is a minimum requirement: these centers must participate for at least three months. During this period, they are required to attend no fewer than four training sessions.
For each 60-minute training session, the Learningrx franchisee must pay a fee of $75 to Learningrx. This mandatory sales training is designed to improve the center's consultation closure rate, and the cost is borne by the franchisee if their center's performance falls below the specified threshold.
