What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee operating a Standard Franchise must meet a minimum local advertising spend. This minimum is either $3,000 or 5% of the Gross Revenues on a monthly basis averaged over a 3-month period, whichever amount is greater.

This advertising minimum does not represent a separate, additional requirement, meaning it's not on top of other advertising fees. All of the local advertising funds must be paid to independent third parties, ensuring that the money is directly supporting local marketing efforts and not retained by Learningrx itself.

It's important to note that Learningrx franchisees may also be required to contribute to cooperative advertising, up to 3% of Gross Revenues, beginning in the 7th month of operation. Any payments made to these advertising cooperatives count toward satisfying the local advertising minimums, providing some flexibility in how the advertising budget is allocated.
