According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Licensed Marks' encompass trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin. These marks include, but are not limited to, "LearningRx" along with other trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, insignia, slogans, emblems, designs, and commercial symbols that Learningrx may develop in the future. These marks serve to identify the source of services and products marketed under the Learningrx system.

The Learningrx system's marks represent high standards of quality, appearance, service, distinctive marketing, uniform standards, specifications, and procedures for performing services. These marks also extend to merchandising, management, financial control, operations, quality and uniformity of services offered, training and assistance, and advertising, marketing, and promotional programs. These elements may be changed, improved, and further developed by Learningrx from time to time and are used in connection with the operation of the Learningrx system.

In addition to "LearningRx", the trademarks associated with the Learningrx system include "ThinkRx", "ReadRx", "LiftOff", "MathRx", "ComprehendRx", and "BrainSkills". Learningrx, Inc. has licensed and granted to Learningrx the exclusive right and license to sub-license and police the use of the System and the Marks. As a Learningrx franchisee, it is important to stay up-to-date with any changes or modifications to the marks, as Learningrx retains the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Marks to be used under the System.
