What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training and Materials Fee is non-refundable. The standard Initial Training and Materials Fee is $10,000. This fee is paid upon signing the Franchise Agreement.

This policy means that once a Learningrx franchisee pays the $10,000 Initial Training and Materials Fee, they will not receive a refund under any circumstances, regardless of whether they complete the training or successfully launch their franchise. This is a standard practice in franchising, as the fee covers Learningrx's costs associated with providing initial training and materials.

However, there is an exception to the standard Initial Training and Materials Fee in the case of a transfer. If the transferee is another Learningrx franchisee, the Initial Training and Materials Fee will be $6,000. Similar to the standard fee, this fee is also non-refundable.
