What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training includes staff training and assistance at the franchisee's premises. Following the franchisee's and a designated manager's completion of the classroom/virtual portion of the initial training program, Learningrx provides two to four days of staff training and assistance at the franchise location. The duration varies based on the size of the franchise.

This on-site training is a significant benefit for new Learningrx franchisees. It allows staff to receive hands-on training in their actual work environment, which can improve their understanding of the Learningrx system and procedures. It also provides an opportunity for the franchisee to receive direct support and guidance from Learningrx trainers during the critical early stages of operation.

However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the personal travel, accommodation, and other costs for their employees while they attend training. This should be factored into the initial investment and operating budget. Franchisees should confirm the exact duration of the on-site training and the number of staff members that can be accommodated to plan accordingly.
