What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the term of the Satellite Location Addendum begins on the date the addendum is executed. Unless terminated earlier, the addendum will expire at midnight on the 365th day after the execution date. This period is referred to as the "Initial Term."

This means that a Learningrx franchisee operating a Satellite Location under this addendum has a term of one year, unless the agreement is terminated sooner. The franchisee must be aware of the execution date of the addendum to accurately determine the expiration date.

Learningrx is under no obligation to renew the addendum after the initial term, and the franchisee does not have the right to unilaterally renew it. However, Learningrx may elect to grant the franchisee the right to extend the addendum for additional 365-day periods, each referred to as a "Successor Term." If the franchisee exercises this right, they must pay an additional Satellite Location Fee before the first day of the Successor Term.
