What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a standard franchise is $45,000. A standard Learningrx franchise covers a territory with a population between 100,000 and 200,000 people. This fee is paid when the Franchise Agreement is signed.
It is important to note that the initial franchise fee is fully earned by Learningrx upon signing the agreement and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This means that even if the franchisee decides not to proceed with opening the Learningrx center, the $45,000 will not be returned.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, Learningrx franchisees must also pay an initial training and materials fee of $10,000, as well as between $2,000 and $3,000 for opening inventory.
