What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx may implement a centralized purchasing system and negotiate prices with suppliers, potentially receiving rebates from these suppliers. The FDD states that Learningrx reserves the right to use these rebate funds in its sole discretion.

This means that as a Learningrx franchisee, you may not directly benefit from any rebates Learningrx receives through the centralized purchasing system. Learningrx has the authority to decide how these funds are used, and franchisees have no explicit claim to these rebates.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that while a centralized purchasing system could potentially lower costs through negotiated prices and rebates, the benefits of any rebates may not be passed down to the franchisees. This is a common practice in franchising, where franchisors often retain control over supplier rebates. Franchisees should inquire with Learningrx about how these funds have been used historically and what factors influence Learningrx's decisions on allocating these funds.
